YouthBiz Catalyst is a project that helps young people in the Western Balkans start their own businesses and create job opportunities. It focuses on reducing youth unemployment and preventing talented young people from leaving the region. The project is based in Novi Sad, Podgorica, and Mostar, where it will support at least 60 young people (ages 18–29), ensuring at least 50% are women. By providing the right skills, resources, and connections, YouthBiz Catalyst helps young people turn their ideas into real businesses that also benefit their communities.
